Why are people upset about this? You do realize this is aimed at the idiots who always say Alabama could beat the Jags right? Context people, context.

 

What concerns me is that you expect fans to be stupid. But I (at least I use to) expect more from major newspapers. 

 

I also think the Jaguars are being picked on unfairly. I could build a case that the Giants through 4 weeks have been worse. Both teams are 0-4. The point differential difference between the teams is only 13 points. But the Jaguars have faced tougher competition. The Seahawks, Chiefs and Colts are a combined 11-1. The Giants play in the easiest division in the NFL and have already been shut-out by the Panthers. 

 

Why were they not compared to Alabama?

Way back in the day there used to be a game between NFL talent (not sure if it was the last place team or not) against college all-stars.  It wasn't even close if memory serves me correct.
