Sorry everybody for not starting the game thread prior to the game in which Pitt won 14-3 but my personal messages have been blowing up with requests to discuss the game so here ya go.

 

Great game.  Pitt showed the can play offense (vs Duke) when necessary and now they showed they can win a defensive hard hitting game as well.

 

Thank you Virginia for your boneheaded turnovers that lead to our 14 points and your 8 dropped passes that lead to your 3 points.

 

Pitt beat Virginia, Virginia beat BYU, BYU beat Texas ........  Pitt > Texas
