Punt returns.  Not kicks.

Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Surprised they waited this long, but I guess they didn't feel he was ready.

But I'd rather have the coaching staff handle it this way then how stupid Jack Del Rio did it, i.e. zero thought process went into deciding when to play rookies. He just threw them out there from the beginning and then wondered why they were shellshocked and their development often was stunted.

I didn't say kickoffs, I said kicks.. which is what a punt is. Or do they punch the ball down the field?

During the Raiders game, I saw #24 return a kick and wondered why the annoucer called him Ace Sanders. How in the world did he not know Sanders is a wide receiver and can't wear #24?

Because we never scored in the first half at Seattle, I don't even know who our kick returner was in that game.

Wasn't that his specialty in college? IDK why he hasn't been since day one.

He'll be out of the league in two years. At least Gene took KR/PR's a little later in the draft.

I get why Gus and company held him out of return duties with a depleted WR roster, and I find it curious that they are essentially putting him back there a week early, but ......

I like it.   Hope he gets to do his thing  frequently on Sunday.

That was one of the reasons he was drafted. Let's do this.

I agree, this draft is looking worse and worse as the games go by.  Joeckel has struggled in a way that Tony Boselli or even Leon Searcy never did, Gratz is Derek Cox part 2 with the soft tissue injuries, Robinson and Sanders are not NFL players, I could go on but its too distressing.

Joeckel is a left tackle adjusting to the right side and has improved every game. He's doing better than Eric Fisher is.

Gratz is Derek Cox now just because he got injured?

Sanders has the speed, athleticism and hands of a great slot guy. Have you seen some of the catches he's made? And being thrown to by Gabbert and Henne?

We've barely even used Robinson to evaluate him.
