The table next to ours have about a one and a half year old who is cranky and restless. Like one of those old hand cranked sirens I hear the kid winding up louder and louder in a screaming cry. I look over and the mother is simply staring at him with a disapproving look, as if he understands and is capable of responding. Good gawd… This is 99% the reason we don't eat out anymore. If a kid is unable/unwilling to behave according to their age then maybe find a babysitter. I realize there are kids who have true emotional disorders, but many who don't are lacking in discipline and structure. The other 1% of why we don't each out being the loud music and televisions. When did it become a thing where every single place you go has to have loud music and/or television. Even the dentist office is loud. |
