This caught my eye from the article...

I think it’s going to be a good group.” All along I've felt the veteran free agent will play a key role backing up Abry Jones at the zero-tech, and I still feel that way. In another thread we were making roster predictions, and I was either the only one or else among a select few who actualy has Charles making the roster, and I get that because he haven't heard much about him. Let's keep an eye out for #90 in these practices to get an idea how he's doing. We really do want a big, experienced guy like Charles backing up Abry... at least that's the ideal... so I'm rooting for Charles to win a spot likely forcing Day and Bennett to compete for one spot at DT.
