RJ didn't call JJ a Nazi.  He said he was behaving like a Nazi.  Making up or parroting as many useful lies as can be imagined to create a fiction in which the dear leader does no wrong, and where anyone who says he does wrong are actually the ones doing wrong.
Thankfully JJ has not scapegoated any ethnic or racial minorities yet, but he is playing the propaganda game the way the Nazis would.
