2nd round Aguayo cut. Worth a look?

We already have a FG kicker that can't make his kicks. We certainly don't need 2.

I think it's fair to say Meyers is actually better.

Looked at stats from last year. Myers was much better. He was money under 50yds and decent from longer. Jason has a few weeks to get his head right.

Sheesh, can't believe someone actually wants us to sign him
IT WAS ALWAYS THE JAGS

Remember when people wanted to draft him in the 3rd? Lol

He will go somewhere and have success where the pressure of performing as a 2nd round pick for his original team isn't so steep.

No. He's worse than Myers.

As for the Bucs cutting Aguayo, I laughed when they wasted a 2nd round pick on a kicker. You never spend a high draft selection on a kicker. It's the pinnacle of stupidity. The Bucs GM should be run out of town.

Why would we want a worse kicker than the one we have?

And they traded a 3rd and 4th rounder to move up to select him.

How do you go from arguably the best college kicker ever to out of the nfl in year 2? The college ball is slightly different than the NFL one but it's not that different. And you never hear anyone bring it up as a challenge for some kickers. So it has to be a mental thing right? Kinda like a pitcher that just can't throw it across the plate. Rick Ankiel comes to mind.

Ngakoue and Prescott were still on the board, amongst others.

Too late. Bears claimed him.

...not that bringing him in was a good idea anyway.

One caller on 1010 wanted us to pick him R1, which was Top 5
