We paid two psychologists $80 million to develop the torture tactics used at Gitmo.  $80 million?  A moron could have "developed" this program for 80 cents.

Now were' paying the victims of this torture an "undisclosed amount" in a secret settlement.  You can bet it's a lot more than $80 million.

That's insane. Especially for that amount of money. A quick google search would yield you plenty of torture methods from ancient times through modern times for free.
