Today.  Though players released today that are eligible to be claimed off waivers,  would then go through the waiver claim process tomorrow.  There's likely going to be plenty of waiver claim activity today and some tomorrow.  By Tuesday or Wednesday,  it should be close to a normal day's worth of activity.

Also,  starting at 12pm ET today,  teams can form their Practice Squads.
