Tom McManus provides motivational talk to the 2017 Jags

On Mark Brunell's show last night, Tommy McManus was asked to give the current Jaguars a motivational speech entering the 2017 season. It was short, sweet, and it was on point. I think it's the same speech we'd all like to give the team.

He had a pretty good radio show until he turned it into his own personal infomercial about that one movement he was trying to establish. Nevertheless he told it like it was and wish they'd get him back on the air.
