Deshaun Watson replaces Tom Savage in loss to Jags

After a miserable first half, Bill O'Brien has turned to his rookie quarterback. Deshaun Watson started the second half for the Houston Texans, leading a touchdown drive to open the third in a 29-7 loss.

I really don't think this is a good idea, if I were in Houston's shoes. Putting a rookie QB in that's not ready to start usually has long term consequences. Hell, some of it showed yesterday. After that first (and only)TD, Jacksonville completely locked him down. Granted, Savage is nothing special, but Houston's poor performance wasn't entirely his fault. If anything, Houston's offensive line was 90% to blame. It certainly doesn't help when the defense you're playing against is a potential juggernaut.

They got to the playoffs with freakin' OSWIELLER. They would've been ok with Savage until Watson was ready to take over.

Bingo..ruin your first round QB with a pathetic offensive line.  The line was pretty good for the first time in Bortles career yesterday.
