How about a league low in points per game?

How about the fact that it is statistically a better play to spike the ball than to throw to two of the members of the secondary, passer rating wise?

How about point differential?

This defense is great.  It is stifling.  And I cannot [BLEEP] WAIT until week 17.

You cant call a defense great when your #24th against the run, and have faced 4 of the 8 teams that are 25 YPC. Like I said take-away two of those 10 sacks and you guys are averaging 2.0 sacks per game, pretty low to even be in the conversation of “historic defenses”. But I get it your excited about 5-3 in the worst division in Football and you think highly of your teams defense. Congralutions. 

Homerism at its finest. I bet you thought Bortles was a great QB in 2015 after those stats, eh?

Seattle isn’t playing like the Seattle of the last few years.  Same with NE.  To me, they just don’t seem like THE dominant team they usually are.    Add in the Sherman and other injuries, may not be that bad of a matchup for the Jags.  Although they still seem good against the run.

Seattle nor NE need to be great on defense; they have top 5 QBs in the league. Over and over again this year Wilson has proven to be underrated; the guy is great and always finds a way to put his team on his back without no run game and garbage oline. NE is giving up alot of points but Brady could easily double up that in the scoreboard.

They might not be as dominant, but they still are very good because they have a top 5 position at the very most important position in football, and thats a QB.
