How good can the TITANS be?

Currently, the Jags have only allowed 4 passing TDs all year. Only 1 has been to a WR (Deandre Hopkins), but in fairness, if you take out all the times they stopped teams and give those teams a passing TD instead of a punt, the stats will skew and show that they are terrible. I mean, you can't take what they did when they did great. That only makes them look successful. For the record, Jags lead the league in sacks, defensive scoring, passing TDs allowed, opponent QB rating, are second in yards per game, 3rd in takeaways differential (per ESPN.) If people want to argue that the Titans might win the division, that is fine, but to say that the defense is overrated is bizarre.
