Well, there's some wild speculation for you.

Maybe he's just upgrading now that he's the HC and not the O-Line coach? Definitely making more money.

Maybe he wants a place closer to the stadium?

Maybe his wife doesn't want to live at the beach after seeing major storms the past two years?

We can guess why he's selling his house all day.

This is obviously a non-story. There is no reason to believe selling a house has anything to do with his job security after only four games, two of them dominant wins.
