It sounds like something he'd say. I'm not saying he actually said it, but it is certainly reminiscent of his speech patterns, so I wouldn't be surprised at all. I often wonder if he has some kind of mental deficiency. He just blurts out the first thing that comes to his mind without taking into account how it makes others feel. He never smiles, (he may smirk, but that's not smiling) and he feels the world is out to get him. He's so mechanical, almost like he can't show true emotions. From what I've seen, I believe he lacks empathy. I can't figure this guy out.

If someone was saying I said something as stupid as that, especially after all the crap he has given the NFL about standing for the pledge and being patriotic, then he should release the proof as soon as possible.

Odd that this Congresswoman just happen to be in the vehicle no? Anyone who starts their rant with basically or but is getting ready to fabricate or twist words. Even reading the twisted words allegedly overheard I see no issue. Most military members know the possibility of harm and what they signed up for, although doesn’t make death easier on family members. Honestly, POTUS doesn’t need to prove anything. Would rather energy go towards real issues. More leftist rage to deflect.
