With guys who can play the slot and outside, it gives flexibility with formations and changing formations at the los.

Gus is gone, the Marrone already said he wants to move guys around and not just leave them in one spot like the worst coach and most predictable in NFL history wanted to

When discussing the pick they made it sounds like Dede will be their startling slot WR, however, he strikes me as being more of a split-end so I figure he'll backup ARob outside. So, something like...

<p style="margin-left:40px;">WR1 (x): ARob, Westbrook, Benn

<p style="margin-left:40px;">WR2 (z): Lee, Hurns

<p style="margin-left:40px;">slot: Westbrook (PR), Walters

<p style="margin-left:40px;">

<p style="margin-left:40px;">potentially cut: Greene

<p style="margin-left:40px;">

Anyone else will find it tough to make the roster.  Their best bet would be to beat out Walters (if you prefer, you can swap Greene and Walters) as the backup slot guy.

I'm rooting for Benn to keep his spot. He's a big, strong WR with speed who catch. You can't ask for much more.

Expect two additional WRs to make the PS.

Additional contenders on roster before today include...

  • Shane Wynn

  • Tony Washington

  • Jamal Robinson

  • Larry Pinkard

New rookie UDFA challengers...

  • <strong>Amba Etta-Tawo, Syracuse
    </strong>
  • <strong>Keelan Cole, Kentucky Wesleyan
    </strong>
  • <strong>Kenneth Walker, UCLA
    </strong>
