To be honest it's easily the worst organization in the NFL and has ruined a lot of careers in the last 7-8 years. I mean who else would still have Gus Bradley and Todd Wash leading your team at this point?

At the NFL level if your QB needs constant coaching and input about his sloppy mechanics there has probably been an error made in the judgement of his abilities to begin with. Of course there are exceptions and I sincerely hope that Bortles is one of them but he will have to show considerable improvement in multiple aspects of QB play to confirm that.
