Good he should be coaching. I always loved his time with the jets his playbook he carried said superbowl blue print on it. He is also the architect behind the Chiefs getting good after he left there. I love him in the studio but I think the game is better with him on a sideline.

Herm only has 1 real weakness and that's his ability to coach his team to victories. Other than that, great hire.
