Its not even blow it up really. most of the defense can stay besides fowler/cyp/skuta, offensively the whole line that isnt linder or beachum is pretty much axed. But our QB, GM and Coach just gotta go. Player wise its a reload at the most important position, its a rebuild in leadership and direction from the figureheads.

This team is cursed. Mariota looks like a franchise QB with nobody at receiver and Blake looks like [BLEEP].

This IS a rebuild. When you're getting blown out 27-0, with 60 yards of total offense, there are MAJOR problems that need to be fixed.  The Titans aren't the Patriots, this is a scrub team that is blowing us out.  

 

When you need 3 new O-lineman, a new QB, a SS, starting RB, and more - that's a rebuild.

This team has talent, it lacks coaching and discipline, i'm not a player on the team and just watching the videos i can't help but tune out Gus and his corny bs rhetoric.
