Wait till tomorrow morning? (This is a form of torture since Gus knows it's coming)



My personal favorite would be if Khan has his limo waiting on the runway to do the deed.

How should he?  Quickly.  Like as in it should be happening at this moment.  Let the players make their own plays for the rest of the game, and then let Tony Khan pick plays the rest of the season via Ask Madden.
