Hi, Jaguars fans!      Our  11-6, and 2017 AFC South Division Champions Jacksonville Jaguars return again to The Steel City in more than three months tohis season, play the 13-3 and AFC North Champions Pittsburgh Steelers, in today's 2018 AFC Divisional Playoff Game.   

Jaguars will try to repeat and do the encore this postseason , as they earlier defeated the Steelers in a road upset, winning 30-9 in Pittsburgh, PA, back on October 9.  That game included five Steeler interceptions and turnovers.by Jaguars defenders. Jaguars rookie RB Leonard Fournette score the game-clinching 90-yard touchdown run through the left tackle, with two-minuites remaining in the fourth quarter to clinch the Jaguars 30-9 road victory.

Top performers from that last road victory on October 9 by the Jaguars over the Steelers were Blake Bortles 8 of his 14 passes completed for 95 yards and 1 INT., WR Marquise Lee's 2 reception for 49 yards, with a long reception of 31 yards, and Fournette's 28 yards for 181 yards, his 2 toucdown's including his aforementioned 90-yard TD run for Jacksonville,

Winner of today's Jaguars @ Steelers game will travel to, Foxborough, Massachusetts, to play the New England Patriots for the 2018 AFC Championship next Sunday.

Jaguars linebackers Paul Posluszny, recovered from his abdomen injury, and second-year journeyman LB Deon King, were promoted and will play in today's team playoff roster against the Steelers.

Both the Jaguars and Steelers are also, and actually meeting in their second postseason game overall, and again on the road at in Pittsburgh.

Jaguars defeated the Steelers 31-29, in the 2007 AFC Wild Card Game played at Heinz Field back on January 8, 2008. Someone should relay this message A.S.A.P.  To bortles and marrone. Breaking news like Shazier being out needs to be spread. I’m sure Without the one player the Steelers havnt been able to stop any body. And especially can’t keep up with elite players like Lewis and our back up TE. And our injured rookie and ineffective oline will just mow down the Steelers with Shazier gone. Idk how the Steelers even got in the playoffs without him!

I was nervous for the game last week. I have a sense of poise this week. Even if we lose i'm okay with it. We gave it a good run. I hope the game isn't too frustrating. I think we can win the game but I'm not too excited about going to play New England. That being said I'd like to see us give them a good shot. The Steelers already had their chance.

The last time we were in the playoffs, ten years ago, we had to go in to Pittsburgh and pull off an unlikely win for a chance to advance to the next round. This would require the Jags to do something that had never been accomplished before... Win a second game, in Pittsburgh, in the same season.

The spoils of that war was the privilege of playing Tom Terrific, in Foxborough, the following week.

We won, and we went....
