Personally, I prefer to sort by Average (Star Rating) because it's quite deceiving to see Kentucky ranked at #19 (with 23 commits that avg 2.87 star rating) versus UF at #29 (with 14 commits that avg 3.79 star rating) versus FSU at #36 (with 12 commits that avg 3.83 star rating)
