Seems like neither of you are paying attention, but that is par for the course in today's America. I have offered various facts and asked various questions, but posted very few opinions regarding this matter.

My standard "opinion" is that citizens who care about their rights should closely examine any events which are used to take away those rights. I am aware of history. I am aware that school shootings were the "tools" used to disarm the British and Australians. I am aware that registration of firearms had led to confiscation of firearms in example after example. I'm aware a disarmed populace historically gets slaughtered by the tens of millions. I know it is legal for the federal government to run psychological operations against the American people. I know it has happened before and will certainly happen again. I know there are several companies who do nothing but provide personnel and technical support for disaster simulations and drills. On the websites of these companies they claim many of their crisis actors have high level security clearance and all are operating under non-disclosure agreements.
