Thanks for the advice.  The more I started researching, most recommendations were coming up with the Netgear Nighthawk as well.  I definitely want to make certain I max out on my internet speed and don't sell myself should by getting router/modem that doesn't fully support streaming on multiple devices in a 2 story house.
