We've seen how after a win Gus gathers the "boys" in a circle of comradery and likes to shout out individual achievements for the players.
However, is this done after a loss? Should it be? What I mean by this does Gus shout out the fact Blake Bortles threw 2 INTS or TJ Yeldon rushed for 24 yards on 12 attempts, Dante Fowler jumped offsides 3 times....and so on. Or does this affect the positive nature of the team? I remember hearing last year Bruce Arians makes it a point to find player mistakes and holds them accountable in front of the entire team. I think the rebuilt locker room has created an unwanted atmosphere here. Yea, they are super nice. But it's too nice and unearned. Just my two cents......
