This FA class has officially set us up to truly go BPA. If a top TE or G are there, you take them, but we don't have to force it now. Very good position to be in.

Luckily the BPAs fit our biggest needs as well.

Between Hurns, Lee, Moncrief, and ASJ we need to pray for health

Coughlin spends to the cap and I agree with that.  Looks like the team is going for a serious Superbowl push for 2018.

I can see them taking a first round QB for two reasons.  1. To groom behind blake and 2. To push blake and be an insurance plan.

I see he has 50 catches but for only 350 yards.  People are super pumped but don't know why.

He hasnt exactly had a traditional career track to progress. I think most people are excited at his pedigree and measurables as well as the fair success in a miserable Jets offense last year

It's a gamble on upside, of which he has quite a lot.

With a pass called, Blake now has Moncrief and ASJ, a significant speed difference versus Robinson and Lewis. The safeties will have a tougher time crowding the box. Add in Norwell, and the running game should benefit.

Kind of the sign of the times in the entire NFL WR and RB position if you look around --- crazy.  No wonder players go where the $$ is.  Lifespan is very short.

Absolutely possible. There's multiple things that we could do at #29. QB being one of them.

One thing that is for sure though, we're going to be drafting a QB at some point in this draft.

Where would you all rank ASJ as a prospect if he were to come out in this year's draft class?

I think you could make a strong argument he'd be the #1 TE. I'd personally have him level with Gesicki.

Bearing in mind that ASJ now is not ASJ the prospect, I think the prospect would be the #1 TE in this draft yes. There was a whole lot of "best TE since Gronk" going around at the time. Personally I think he'd be after Howard last year but maybe next best in recent memory.

Id have him right there with Goedert

Purely as a prospect. Yeah I recall him being highly praised but Ebron was seen as such an elite talent it overshadowed him a tad.

I don't know if it would lead the team to "pass" on taking a TE high but its certainly possible.

Yup definitely top 2 at least, depending on whether you prefer Gesicki or Goedert.

We are going qb in th first round. It’s the only position we don’t have two of lol

Yeah as really despite Bortles deal, maybe drafting a QB could scare him a bit!
