Navy Medics Get Prepared for Combat—With Tour of Duty in Chicago

Instead of a sign that says "Do Not Disturb" I need one that says "Already Disturbed Proceed With Caution."

Cool to see the hand and hand cooperation. A lot of up and coming military trauma docs and medics will spend time in units around the country to prepare for the basics to ballistic trauma. With that said, it is a far cry from a trauma unit near the battle. In return, many techniques can/will be brought back from the field to be utilized by trauma units.

I'd love to read it but don't have a sub to WSJ.

Navy Corpsmen do the same thing at Shands Jacksonville. Typically 4 to 6 months in the ER.

But how can this be???  Chicago has gun control laws, therefore the criminals can't get guns anymore.  The left has promised us that when you enact gun control legislation, the violence will stop.

When you get into the endzone, act like you've been there before.
