Anybody watch this? I avoided it. But I read a few summaries in the media this morning, and there didn't seem like there was anything earth-shattering. Trump would do himself a big favor if he just ignores Stormy Daniels entirely. He should tell his friends and lawyers to lay off, and act like she doesn't even exist. Let's see if he has the self-discipline to restrain himself.

Give the media credit, they inflate nothing to epic proportions. Still more evidence of this affair than any Russian collusion though.

I actually feel a little sorry for Stormy for what is about to happen to her legally.
The sad reality is, she will get kicked to the curb by the left just like the fake sexual assault accusers did and she will be on her own. The good news is, there should be a nice new porn parody in an attempt to pay for it.
This is what I got from a quick read of the transcript of the interview. They had sex one time. It was consensual. He promised to get her cast in the Apprentice. He didn't come through on that. There was no way she could have gotten any embarrassing video or photos, because it was spontaneous; she would have had no time to prepare anything like that.
That's about it. There may be some legal problem with the $130,000 payment violating campaign finance laws. And I also don't understand why anyone would pay her to shut her up, when there's so little to the story. I can't stand Trump. I think he's completely unqualified to be President, but fair is fair. Look. It was11 years ago before he was POTUS and still I private citizen. This Get Trump attitude of the left and the RINO's is getting old. What? Have the Democrats all become virgins all of a sudden? Seems to me I remember their Boy Clinton getting a Lewinsky and playing with a cigar in the White House. This is a Big Nothing Burger.

This is great from a legal perspective.
There's an unsigned NDA that has more considerations tied to it than $130,000. As such, the payment did not fulfill the entire requirements of the NDA. As such, Stormy's team is speaking freely and challenging Trump's lawyer. Trump's lawyer is in a bind because Attorney's cannot make such payments without the consent of their Client. Thus, the Attorney risks being debarred or they ultimately admit that Trump provided consent which exposes Trump even further. From an affair standpoint, I agree that everyone knows Trump is a cheating dog when it comes to loyalty to spouses but from a legal perspective, this may prove to be great case law that sets the precedence for the future treatments of such agreements.
