I think he says these things in public as a weird and misguided way of complimenting his daughter. It is creepy. But at the same time I remain skeptical of the veracity of the claims made by a prostitute being exploited for political purposes.

This isn't normal. His comments about his daughter are beyond creepy. It makes me honestly wonder if he ever actually did anything with her, because he has to realize the inappropriate things he says about her are vomit inducing to normal people. After all, he said he could shoot somebody and not lose any voters, so why wouldn't he think he could commit incest and get away with it as well? His comments about her make my skin crawl.
