Can we fire Olson?

#1

I think we've allowed him plenty of opportunity to fix his offense and it's failed. Time to promote Hackett.

Well we all know Gus isn't going anywhere mid season. But firing Olson could be the next best thing. Time to get the offense back on track.

I see a lot more of Bortles screwing up than I see bad play calling.

I'm no huge Olson fan, and I'd love a better coordinator, but I'm not seeing much failure falling on Olson.

It's crappy decisions by the QB and crappy run blocking by the o-line.

It's the crappy running plays. The insistence of "spread em out", no I-formation/smash mouth running calls. It's the reluctance to use the no huddle when your QB is struggling and has shown the ability to get in the rhythm in no huddle. It's the forced calls to ARob and Thomas when Hurns is open more often than not.

No one is forcing Bortles to throw the ball there when his first read is blanketed. He has other options.

That is on the QB.

Are we sure about that?
