Obama administration secretly tried to help Iran's mullahs get access to $5.7 BILLION by ignoring nuclear deal's rules - and lied to Congress about it

• The action would have sidestepping sanctions kept in place after the 2015 nuclear deal 
  
• A license held by Obama's Treasury Department would have allowed Iran to convert $5.7 billion into Euros by first changing them into U.S. dollars
  
• The effort was unsuccessful because American banks wouldn't participate 
  
• Banks didn't want to hurt their reputation by working with Iran
