If someone disguises themselves as a freaking wounded war veteran for their own personal monetary gain than I have no problem with someone telling them to put their money where their mouth is...government official or not. Actually this has been suspect for years and years. I can't remember where I first read about it; some biography or autobiography, I don't remember.
