What happened to u man?

For the record telling your friend or your hairdresser something today getting a death threat today or any other thing that happens today does not corroborate a story from 36 years ago.

In the latest accuser from avenatti has a graphic account of nothing.

You must have missed the news. A woman has now come forward saying she was raped by Brett Kavanaugh

EDIT: correcting myself. She claims that she was drugged and raped at a party Kavanaugh was attending, but does not claim that Kavanaugh raped her.

What u just experienced is exactly how this story was intended to be misread.

How come I don't get invited to these parties. My HS parties in Pittsburgh consisted of hanging out in 5 degree weather drinking Blatz beer and listening to Led Zeppelin. I thought we had it all !!!

Sounds like my HS parties in Ohio except strike the Blatz and insert Stroh's.  When the Stroh's ran out we went for the Iron City.

There's a legal standard of preponderance of the evidence. I think we're close enough to that point. One woman claims Kavanaugh tried to rape her, another claims he pressed little Brett on her, and a third said he was drugging women so his friends could rape them. When there's enough smoke around, there's fire somewhere, and if I were a Republican Senator I would want nothing to do with this inferno.

It should be noted that I'm not advocating letting the seat be held open for two years or anything like that, so dumb that it should be unconstitutional. Barrett is qualified and really the best hope Trump has.

You guys keep talking about a red wave, but I don't see it coming. Want to temper the blue wave? Put up a nominee who's very well qualified and can't possibly fall to #metoo, then watch as either the generational seat is filled or Democrats go down in flames while they trot out a victim who claims to have been turned into a newt by Barrett 20 years ago .

Hillary Clinton grabbed my package without permission one time long ago. It was at some random party. I cannot remember any of the actual details except it felt like being grabbed by a chicken foot but will one of you all start a Go Fund me page for my traumatized [BLEEP]. I'm letting you all know this now so that when I release the letter in the waning nights pre election 2020 this post can be utilized as evidence of the truthfulness of my allegation.

PS- don't forget that go fund me please because apparently bringing these allegations will ruin my life and career and require a [BLEEP] ton of money so you know it's true. Otherwise why would I do it? Thanks y'all!

If you seriously believe any of the three allegations, all made by hyperpartisan Dems with no actual evidence and nothing said to anyone about any of them at the time they supposedly occurred, then I've lost all respect for you.

If this works, then there is no one who is safe from a false accusation. "Amy Barrett talked me into going to a party, and then stood by and laughed while three guys raped me."

What evidence?  You mean 3 left wing operatives not bringing any of this to light until now?  Something that allegedly happened 30+ years ago?  With no eye witnesses?  All three "victims" admit that they were supposedly intoxicated when it allegedly happened?

What I find absurd is the fact that this has become "news" and is interfering with our political process.  Call it what it is... a desperate attempt by the left to circumvent our political process while using the media to spread false charges against the man.  It's also absurd that the man has to prove his innocence rather than the accuser(s) having to prove guilt.

I agree with JagNGeorgia.  This is nothing more than a smear campaign (politically motivated) being played out in the press.  I hope he sues each and every one of these accusers.

One final note.  If these far left women were supposedly "victims" of a crime, why do they go to politicians and the media rather than the authorities that actually HAVE JURISDICTION in each of these cases.  It's not the job of the FBI to investigate ANY of these claims.  Also, who is paying the lawyer's fees for these claims?  Can each one of these "victims" actually afford high priced attorneys?  Is it the DNC?  George Soros?

What an abomination our system has become. It simply cannot continue at this level of absurdity. When if ever will common sense once again prevail?

Not just the lawyers fees, the ACCUSERS!!!  There were tapes of people soliciting women to come out against Trump.  There are reports that one woman turned down an offer of 750k.  One woman who did come out had her mortgage paid off.  For all the talk of how these women's lives are going to be ruined, They will all get donations from the far left Oligarchs, Cushy Jobs/speaking gigs in Acdemia, GO FUND ME ACCOUNTS, OP EDs in the NY Times and all the rest of it.

There are billions of dollars in abortion and abortion related services.  Blasey Ford is researching how the Morning After Pill can be used to treat Depression...  Her husband worked for Planned Parenthood.

Does anyone remember the four women that came out against Herman Cain?  Remember how they all pressed legal action and testified under oath after He dropped out of the race?  Oh right they all dropped it the minute he was no longer a candidate.  Remember the woman who claimed that Trump groped her on a plane?  Remember how that turned out?  #Followthemoney

In order, George H.W. Bush: He met with Sadaam Husseein
George W. Bush: He used Hurricane Katrina as a weapon of mass destruction against Black people
Herman Cain, the same sleeze we're seeing
John McCain: His Campaign was reminiscent of George Wallace
Mitt Romney: Never paid his income taxes. He is a rogue zealot who beats up gay people
Donald Trump: Pee Tape, Russian Collusion, Some woman said that he assaulted her on a crowded plane for crying out loud.

For future reference, there needs to be a basic understanding. There is a substantive difference between a woman making a legitimate claim about sexual assault and those who are just cashing in on the lefts need to destroy republicans.

I just watched the polygraph administer on Fox, and he said that it's normal to only ask two questions.

I've taken multiple polygraph tests. My mother also worked for a private company that contracted polygraph tests, too. That's complete bunk. I remember it taking almost two hours. I was hooked up to the machine for about 30 minutes. I was asked (probably) dozens of questions while on the machine. To only ask two questions implies that they want to keep the scope of the interview small so there's little risk of failure.

I've even had the machine tell me I'm lying about something I didn't lie about.

This whole process has been absurd. And now we learn they only asked two questions? I'm not sure how these people can get any more questionable.

Just read her opening statement and it is somewhat convincing for having no evidence to back it up, but writing a convincing story doesn’t require it to be true. Just watch any well written TV show or movie. It also doesn’t even require it to have been prepared by her.

What’s interesting to me is she felt the need to state that this isn’t politically motivated and that she’s “fiercely independent”. Unfortunately that doesn’t pass the smell test considering who she initially contacted with the allegation, who she’s hired as her lawyer and the fact that she’s allowed the release of her story to be timed exactly how the democrats want it to be timed, which is, not only to stop his nomination but to also hopefully put the democrats in better position for the potential next nominee if they are successful in destroying Kavanaugh’s character since that would not occur until after the midterms. If your only motivation is to stop Kavanaugh, wouldn’t you just bypass the political operatives and find one or more news outlets willing to run your story as soon as possible once he was announced as the nominee?

The statement of no political motivation looks and feels like a lie to me and if you’re lying about that, what are we to do with the rest of your uncorroborated story?

I’d heard or read somewhere that Ford scrubbed her social media accounts before her letter was “leaked” by Feinstein’s office. If true, what would be the purpose of that?

In other news, scumbag Avenatti’s client has been exposed as a tax evading loon who once required a restraining order from an ex-boyfriend and his family. A letter was signed Wednesday by 60 people who attended school with Kavanaugh, or attended one of the sister schools, who state that not only was there no “rape trains”, but they have also never heard of Swetnick.

Is there anything that can be said today that will change anybody's opinion? Regardless of what happens, if GOP doesn't push vote forward tomorrow, it is a deathblow to them. Extending this thing out did exactly what most people with a functioning brain knew would happen, and it worked.

Creepy Porn Lawyer owes the IRS 10M in taxes as well, so he and his client have something in common.

I can't wait until the 2020 dem primaries. This nut job is going to throw so many wrinkles in the dems.
