Normally, I would be against signing a receiver, but Matthews has been a reliable guy over the years and I believe we could sign him to a modest contract. I've always felt he was underrated. I'd feel a lot better with Cole, Westbrook and Matthews than I do with Cole, Westbrook and Moncrief.
