With Hayden and Herndon injured, the Jags promote Quenton Meeks to the 53 and release Rashad Greene to make room for the depth CB.

The move makes plenty of sense for this week. Now the only question is if Meeks gets waived and sent back to the PS with Greene resigned after our two CBs are back healthy.

I thought we already released Rashad Greene for a roster move like 1-2 weeks ago?

EDIT: Found the answer to my own question via Wikipedia. I was going to delete my post but figured it might help someone else too: "On September 15, 2018, Greene was released by the Jaguars, but was re-signed two days later. He was released again on October 6, 2018."
