Texans@Jaguars score predictions

I got Houston is an easy win here 42-13

-Defense struggles against mobile QBs especially ones paired with Hopkins
-JJ Watt and Clowney against this line
-Deshaun Watson runs for over 100 yards

Houston coming off a 3 game winning streak while Jacksonville got embarrassed on the national stage twice in a row.  This game is going to be ugly fast

God only knows. Jags are so unpredictable right now.

If Hackett can get some smoke and mirrors in place to generate first downs and Wash calls a bit more man coverage, Jags could win 20-17.

If not - it's probably a similar score the other way.

The Jags D will pressure Watson more than they did Prescott, and he'll make a mistake or two. The Jags will have to capitalize on those mistakes to win given their current state of injury and underachieving.

If we are the team of the last few weeks, Houston will win. Another mobile QB and a stout defense. Again, if this is us now and the beginning of the year was just a mirage, we will lose 38-6. Our O-line is playing like we're in 2014 or 2015. The play calling and inability or unwillingness to make in-game adjustments will hurt both sides of the ball. Until I see otherwise, this team is in serious trouble. But we have the talent to turn it around. It's up to the coaching staff if they want to stick to the plan or alter their ideas and preparations going forward.

The formula to beating us is a good pass rush and a mobile QB. The tinhorns can check both of those boxes. I’m expecting more of the same so I’m thinking 28-10.

Yes, this one may be really tough to watch

I watched a lot of the Tinhorn Bills game. The Tinhorns and the Jags are tied for the most disgusting looking offenses in the league. D Watson is just stinky this year. Im saying 9-6 Jags eek out a kicking duel.

I think a meeting with the Texans is just what the doctor ordered for a team that needs to regain it's mojo fast. 13-10 Jaguars with a Lambo FG in overtime to end it.

TC gets in the ear and sends a direct message to Marrone. The team actually shows up prepared... if not... someone's on the hotseat.

Guys can we talk some football. Geesh

I think we start out slow. 24-6 at halftime and end the game 31-14 Texans.

Then an uproar about a QB change starts.

^ This.

I think the Jags get this one. They need it bad. Coming back home, needing to get their mojo back, and not falling to 0-2 in the division is a great motivator. I predict they'll come through.

I find it hard to pick us until the offense can put together 2 or 3 drives in a row and score some points. Defense is worrying me. 27-13 Texans.
