Yes every candidate has a person make a presentation for them to the voters. Sam has been Tonys one multiple times and apparently isn't very good at, albeit Vito said this year's one was apparently good. 

But also the voters have already decided the longevity is too big of a barrier + the fact he plays for Jacksonville hurts massively so it's not just about how good your presentation is. If Tony played for the Steelers or Packers you can bet your bottom dollar he's in. 

The longevity being held against him is dumb as he made an all decade team. Im of the opinion that ALL players who make an all decade team should be automatically in + they should put 10 players in every year as there's already a big backlog of deserving guys
