Rosen Trade Talk (merged)

#1

New Cards HC Kingsbury is on the record saying if he had the 1st pick in the draft he’d take Kyler Murray. Rosen struggled a lot his rookie year and theoretically Kingsbury could want his own guy. Would you give #7 overall for Josh Rosen? Would it take more? Less?

It just keeps getting more funny. Kingsbury is so dumb and bad. What is wrong in Arizona?

He said that in October, two months before he took the job at USC.

He is also not the GM in Arizona, so he'd have to get Steve Keim on board with such a plan.

I'd wager they just roll with Rosen and reassess next offseason.

I'd consider a third for Rosen, but he doesn't seem like a Coughlin guy at all.

I'd do that deal, only if Haskins is gone though. I like Rosen better than any of the other QB's in this class. We'd HAVE TO fix the O-Line though. He had a crappy O-Line in Arizona and he got killed, every time he dropped back.

I love Rosen and would make that move if it were on the table.

I believe in our talent outside of the QB position. I think Rosen checks all the boxes and with a power run game and a guy who can make the necessary throws we could be in contention again. I don’t care about Indy, Tennessee, or Houston. I think we can compete with a QB. A QB who I believe actually will still be very good. If it’s just the 7th, I’d risk it. No more draft capital after that though.

Rosen mopes like a toddler. Coughlin would eat him alive. Next.

Not even if he was released. Yuck.

If I was Blake's agent and he was released, I'd really have him consider Arizona as a place to be a backup. He could be there to pick up the gig if Rosen busts.

Rosen is part of the antiquated drop back QB that is being pushed out of this league. Mahomes, Wilson, Baker types are becoming the desired type of QB. Rose was a decade too late.

Not that I agree with him, but those QBs aren’t too far from being out of the league.

What part of the word BECOMING don't you get? Good lord the reading comprehension on this forum is staggeringly low.

Rosen was my favorite QB in the draft besides Mayfield last year. So of course I would make that trade.

If Arizona drafts Haskins and look to deal Rosen, would you take him? What would you give for him.  Assume that the Jags have no interest in Boller, or that Boller goes to someone like the Giants.

What do you think of Rosen? Did his poor play in AZ last year scare you off? I'll start off by saying I like Rosen, but I would not give up a number one pick for him. Maybe a two.

Thoughts?

I would take Rosen over Lock.

I'm an idiot. For some reason, I call Murray Boller. My bad.
