Uncle Joe seemed to just give up a couple of times. "and if elected i will...oh, my time's up." You might be more accurate than you think, Joe.

Then at the end he said the first thing he'd do as President is to make sure we beat Donald Trump. What does that even mean? Joe would call for a recount if he WINS?
