Mike your very first rebuttal is "It's not a transcript".  These are words uttered during the phone conversation.  What do you call it?

It's a memorandum of a conversation, re-written in the form of a dialogue.  There's stuff that is missing.  Hopefully it was just small talk.
My fellow southpaw Mark Brunell will probably always be my favorite Jaguar.
