Is Ramsey’s injury believable?

Hopefully we can win this weekend and put the heat on him

Leverage for what?  He wants to be traded.

Rapidly reaching the point where I'll be happy to say good riddance to Ramsey. Best scenario is if someone can trade us a decent starting CB and draft picks for him...

That's just damage control on his part to keep his value reasonably high to be traded and to not look like a [BLEEP] teammate.

And as most have cited. It's a believable injury. And it's hard to really prove nor disprove the severity of it. And as long as he's trying to work things out on a medical level with the team doctor's he'll save face to an extent in the media. It's a dirty [BLEEP] tactic. He's getting what he wants one way or another. I just don't see them getting this kid back on the team anytime soon. He's shown his [BLEEP] enough already.

Doesn't matter what the coaches say or what the owner says. He wants out. So get him out of here when it's convenient for the team and the value matches up to where they can add enough talent to the roster.
The good thing about this week is Herdon will have an easier task.  Sanders or Sutton is one of the better number 2 WRs in the league

Curtis Samuel is pretty good, and extremely agile. I am scared that if 32 year old and less than a year removed from an Achilles tear Sanders was spinning Herndon around like a top that Samuel will do it even worse.

Jimmy Smith never wore that jersey style.  Kinda weird.

Like having to roll to the side and swinging your legs down just to get out of bed. Once, it was so bad I would stand when I went to Dr's office instead of sitting because it was too tough to get back up.
So ....I'm torn.....want to believe but, timing is so dang coincidental.
Seeing a specialist is probably best thing...time to run the scans and all that will show a problem if  there is one.
FWIW ....it would be hard for me to even think of several plane rides when I was suffering the worst ones.

The 'stach is strong in this one...it's all good.

I tweaked my lower back doing elevated barbell deadlifts once (Probably about a good 4 inches off the ground standing on the box) at 275 pounds when I was younger and I was in moderate shape at around 230 pounds. I pulled the [BLEEP] out of something back there. Didn't feel a snap. It just felt like one of those really bad charlie horses' you get in the middle of the night in the back of your leg. Except this was in the back of my... back.

I was maybe a few years younger than Jalen's age, so 22, 23?. Granted, I am no athlete by any means. Especially since doing this office gig. Just lost a lot of consistency and motivation to lift consistently. Been mostly focused on getting the house stuff done now with our first baby on the way. But at any rate. That [BLEEP] hurt. I didn't do any lifting remotely involving my back for a solid three weeks. And even then it was ginger and I had to deload a lot of weight off the bar.

Just felt like a really bad pulled muscle. Didn't like sitting down, didn't like sleeping for too long because it would get "relaxed" and then it felt even worse. I don't know what his situation is. But if he's been dealing with it for a long time it's a bit of a surprise to most of us with us just now hearing about it. It's not like a slipped disc I guess. My dad had that happen to him when I was younger. Put him out for a month and some change.

Samuel is agile but he isnt that good.  Give my Sutton or Sanders any day over Samuel

Yeah, not sure why that was included in the list.

It's a distraction for us.  I don't know if the team is distracted.  They played last week like they weren't distracted.

Right? My wife asked me to do something this week around the house and I just looked back at her and yelled, "OMG seriously?! I'm too distracted from this Ramsey situation to do that!?!?!!"

Back injuries dont happen in the NFL, its obvious he is lying.

How do i know this? Because I dont like him and I want it sooo desperately to be true that if I say it enough I can convince my own feeble little brain.

Just trade him already.

If anyone believes Jalen has a back injury, I have some ocean front property in Kansas City I will sell you at a discount.

No one has actually tested if that was a real baby he took home either. Ramsey is a known liar and I'd bet my $27k a year career that it was a cabbage patch doll the whole time.

Whoa. Glad that I’m in so many of your heads lol It’s quite lovely inside there.

No idea what’s going on with Ramsey. But apparently a lot of people on here are team doctors. Good for you guys.

Probably more along the lines of not understanding how you can be so naive.

I'm pretty shocked that there are actually several people that are taking this as something legit. Is it possible he has back pain? Absolutely... would that be keeping him off the field if all of this drama wasn't going on and he hadn't asked to be traded? Absolutely not.

I replied to your post. If you classify that as thinking about you, then I guess technically you are correct.

So Ramsey is heading to see a back specialist. What’s going to happen if it comes back that the back injury is serious. We going to change the narrative to “Ramsey is lying and the Jags plus the FO plus Marrone plus a back specialist. Everyone is covering it up. It’s a conspiracy!”

I have no idea what’s going on but he saw the team doctor before the Titans game. Played through it. Then hasn’t practiced since with the same back injury.

So before getting all hot and bothered by Ramsey, let’s just wait and see how it plays out. Until then, hope Herndon doesn’t have to cover the quicker Moore or Samuel. Hope Allen doesn’t make the quick reads like Flacco did and lets hope Minshew still has some magic.
