First when has being nothing special been a deterrent to this team when it comes to signing players?  This team made Brandon Linder the highest paid center in NFL history and he can't claim a pro bowl or a complete season. And that was beyond stupid, they already did it with Bortles, Linder and Jack and you want them to do it again? lol  Ngakoue can claim both yet does not have a deal.

Second is logical consistency too much to ask?  If he's nothing special, how was he going to command a first round pick in trade last year? After he had 12 sacks (but got outplayed by Fowler in the playoffs,) maybe we could have gotten a 1st.    If he is Young and has been mostly productive. and has had no serious injury, how much will his value change? Because he is doing nothing? disappears for 2 or 3 games?

Furthermore Von Miller went the first four weeks without having any injury and without notching a sack. Lol, don't even compare, Miller has over 100 sacks already and he is 3 times the player Ngakoue is  Ngakoue can at least argue he has had a hamstring issue. Lame excuses, if he is not healthy he wouldn't be playing

Finally, Von Miller is thirty years old.  Ngakoue is 24.  Letting Yannick go while spending draft capital to acquire a thirty year old and declining player makes zero sense. I never said we should trade for Miller, merely pointing out the obvious, Ngakoue is nothing special and doesn't deserve a giant contract
