I really hesitate to clean house on the FO and coaching staff because, once again, the better teams have stability in the FO and coaching (other than maybe position coaches).  Having said that, I don't think you can dump only half of them.  If the FO goes, the coaching staff has to go and vice versa.

We've got some talent, but boy are we lacking overall.

Definitely build through the draft..I do think FA serves a purpose but it’s more for supplementary acquisitions/depth


I understand that you can’t keep danglers if you want a new staff.. but I really believe that we need to keep Defilipo for Minshew’s development.. the majority of games that he played, he played very well in that system. Changing OC is only going to hurt him IMO..
