And I like Kane's suggestion of Louis Riddick as GM.  Mike Mayock went from the analyst chair to the Raiders and has done a good job so far.

I wouldn't mind Louis Riddick for GM. As for the coach, I don't want another retread. Matt Rhule would be really interesting. He has the Jets job locked up but turned it down because they wouldn't let him hire his own staff (seems odd).

A coach staff constructed of fairly young minds that have been surrounded by success and successful HCs for the majority of their careers.

Granted... Usually a HC calls a bunch of guys he knows and is close to, so I'm not sure how likely picking a guy from this tree and that tree is.
But hey... we're spitballing on the cusp on a lost season, so why not.
