OG, OG, DT, DT, CB, FS, ILB, TE in this order. I want to see a healthy Oliver and O'Shaq next year before I make TE a higher priority. Move Jack back outside, and find a few run stuffing D linemen and a inside backer who can tackle. A lot of this teams problems come in the trenches and missing tackles.

I'd also like to see, at the very least, a new DC here next year. I'm tired of the way Wash calls defenses. It's not even the scheme itself, I just don't think he has his guys in the right defense in certain situations... He's never been that good and the only time he's had good defenses is with an absolutely star studded group of players. We are 17th in yards allowed/game, 16th in ppg, and 29th vs the run. Teams don't even need to pass on us, they just run run run run.

Our offense (seen as this team's weakness) is 12th in yards/game, mostly with a backup QB no less.... Our redzone woes is the only real glaring concern on offense and you can attribute that to a young QB not being able to finish drives.. I am far more concerned about our defense though, and we need to see some change made there, if we keep Marrone around anyway.
