I'd say he's doing pretty well.

Most of the folks disparaging Chark as something less than top tier are trying to mitigate the amount of crow they'd have to eat after calling him a bust or "just a guy" in 2018. 
  Others are simply afraid to crown anything remotely involved with the Jaguars for fear he'll fall off a cliff.
