Lambo is first alternate so if Baltimore goes to the Super Bowl, he is in.

Fournette is 2nd alternate with Josh Jacobs being the first. If Baltimore goes to the Super Bowl, then Ingram is out. Jacobs has a busted up shoulder so he might not play.

Chark is 3rd alternate with Courtland Sutton as the 2nd alternate. First alternate wasn’t named but I think it was Julian Edelman who is now dealing with injuries.

Josh Allen is 2nd alternate and it would not surprise me to see Calais drop out if it means Josh Allen gets to go. Calais did the same thing for Yannick two years ago.

All these guys have a good shot of making the game especially if Baltimore goes to the Super Bowl.
