Ummmm...no.  If ratified they may add more playoff teams.

No more regular season games until 2021 if ratified.

Okay, so I looked it up, and what I read is that the extra game would be played at neutral sites, international or otherwise.  

Still, I wonder, in order to allocate the games evenly, would they have to give the Jaguars back a home game in Jacksonville?  Surely they wouldn't put our extra game somewhere else.
