It isn’t because of her appearance or actual age, but more of her mannerisms and personality traits that can’t quite be put any way than “she’s young”. Even though there is only an 8 year difference, you notice a difference. She isn’t stupid and there isn’t one thing that points to this, but it’s noticeably there. This isn’t the first time stuff like this happened. Most people feel the same. If you don’t and you are single, you should probably start asking for ids lmbo.

About 10 years ago. When I was 21, going on 22. I was seeing this girl who was 18 going on 19. I only went out with her three times. The deal breaker? She said she was in school, and I assumed college, but she was referring to high school and for whatever reason, in my mind, I interpreted that as "She's too young for you bro. She hasn't even started working yet full time and you're starting your work and life now at full time". 

That's just with a 2 - 3 year age difference. And I was literally in that same spot a whopping 2, 3 years ago. Had she been in college my mind probably wouldn't have thought too much about it. But I felt like Seth Rogen's character in Pineapple Express where he was dating and competing with a high school girl. It was creepy to me. 

Ultimately it worked out for the best. But looking back on it I was a dick for that mindset.

I understand. And I’m not saying I don’t like someone who gives off that vibe, I’m just saying it is something that is noticeable and I find myself aware of that when I meet them. I guess I should have said that too. When someone gives my buddy [BLEEP] about his girls age, it’s less of a insult and more of joking barb aimed more at him than her.

Honestly if he ever got in a relationship we thought was more serious than just a monthly fling that we would probably never see again, most of that [BLEEP] would go away.

Wouldn't that be just another charge? Witness tampering, or something? One can't pay off witnesses in a criminal trial any more than one can threaten them. A few of you have conflated civil and criminal trials. There will be no payoff, period.

I think the only way that could happen is if she was the one pushing the charges. If she was the states witness I would assume she cannot be payed off.
