Highly doubtful he can be better than Watson but if he improves, he can maybe be better than Tannehill and Rivers.

You may be right but at this point, we know what Watson is and it's hard to say where Minshew's ceiling is. Worst case would be that he's already reached it but does anyone really believe that?
